D53K series CNC ring rolling machine suitable for rolling rings from 400 mm to 12000 mm. Normally, the ring rolling line makes up by hydraulic open die forging press, forging manipulator, and D53K ring rolling machine, the process includes 3 steps: 1. the billet after heated transport by the forging manipulator from the furnace to forging press, 2. forging ring blank on open die forging press, 3. rolling ring on the ring rolling machine.
