The Pneumatic hammer has fust running capacity and can forge large range size steel balls. The steel ball impact resistance is excellent and ensures strong toughness with good wear resistance and is non breakable. The heating metal billet is to be 1050 Degree  (error 50  Degree). The hammer eliminates the metal casting defect and hence optimizes the microstructure. The metal flow is also kept intact and the forging is better.

Application of Forging Balls

The forged steel ball is used in large mines , aluminum oxide, gold, magnetic materials and many similar industries of ball mill and rod mill equipment.
